Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry
Dr. Cai moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2011. She has a great passion for dentistry and for the patients she treats. She looks forward to getting to know all of you and is committed to providing you with the best care possible to maintain good oral health andachieve your optimum smile.
Dr. Cai obtained her Doctor in Dental Medicine from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry, her Ph.D. in biomedicine from the University of Pennsylvania, Wuhan University (Dept. of Molecular Biology and Virology) and her postdoctoral training at Harvard University.
Dr. Cai is driven to keep her skill and dental knowledge updated by staying current in the latest technology and advances in dentistry. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Cancer Research, and American Association of Immunologists.Additionally, Dr. Cai completed 10 years of research at Harvard University in the areas of multiple sclerosis and tumor immunology.
Dr. Cai’s office is located in the center of beautiful downtown Safety Harbor. Dr. Cai and her team members are caring, hardworking and devoted individuals who make every endeavor to ensure that all patients feel welcome and are treated with respect and consideration. Dr. Cai believes in individualized care and is genuinely interested in the well-being of each and every patient.
When Dr. Cai is not creating a new smile, she is passionate about the arts, science and books. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, her beautiful children, Joshua and Amber, and their Great Pyrenees, Sparkie.
